• Designed, Manufactured and Supported in the United States by Ekstrom-Carlson as noted below (Note, some of the motors shown are imported from Italy or other European countries).
• HSK63F (smaller or larger available also) spindle designs are standard.  ISO, CAT, BT and Solid Shaft Designs are available upon request.
• S1 Continuous Duty Cycle.. 
• Rotor and stator windings manufactured in the United States for Ekstrom-Carlson manufactured motors.
• External cooling fan (SpindleMax) or water cooled (SpindleRoute)design.
• Premium class H insulation with high temperature varnish. 
• Dynamically balanced rotor to ISO G2.5 tolerances. 
• Sealed for life ABEC 7/9 spindle grade ceramic ball bearings. 4 bearings per motor. This is not a standard practice for our competitors.  We know this as we upgrade the majority of spindles made by competitors we repair to sealed bearings.  Our bearings are back to back in the lower end allowing no axial movement.
• Spindle speeds to maximum 24,000 RPM.  
• Labyrinth sealing arrangement adds to the bearing protection provided by the sealed bearings.
