Mistic-Mini Coolant Mist Lube Spray System... chip off the ol' block

Same quality misting system components as our deluxe models except they are mounted on a simple 1/2 gallon container.   Complete and ready to go.  Our mist systems provide cutting fluid and cooling spray utilizing compressed air.  The mist spray is distributed as a micro mist coolant and spray mist in milling coolant applications.

How our proprietary design works

The compressed air passing through the valve body and to the nozzle tip creates a vacuum in the liquid line which draws coolant from the tank. (Our tank is not pressurized.) The coolant is instantly vaporized and forms a conical mist pattern. At the same time, the compressed air expands absorbing heat surrounding the tool and work piece. The result is a cooling effect as well as lubrication. 

This unit features....

• Stainless steel mist generating nozzle - 3 inches long.
• 3 foot air / collant line encased in braided metal wire.
• Fine bronze mesh coolant filter screen.
• Adjustable air and liquid controls set in nickel plated brass body.
• See thru polyethylene tank - 1/2 gallon capacity.
• Magnetic nozzle holder - 30 pound pull magnet.
• 80 - 120 psi recommended operating pressure.   As low as 30 psi will work.
• Uses only 0.3 CFM air at 90 psi.
• Mounting bracket not available for Mistic-Mini Coolant Mist Lube Spray System.
