Repair Parts

Ekstrom-Carlson originally began producing industrial woodworking machinery in 1904. We manufacture and sell replacement parts for original Ekstrom-Carlson ripsaws, sanders, pin routers, cnc routers, and other types of equipment.

In addition to parts for our Ekstrom-Carlson ripsaws, we also manufacture and sell non-OEM relacement parts for Diehl ripsaws and Mattison ripsaws.   Occasionally, we have supplied parts for Ogam ripsaws as well.   These parts include the chain and race assemblies.

We specialize in spindle repair for high speed spindles, milling spindles, lathe spindles, grinding spindles, and custom spindles. This includes integral motor spindles, router spindles, pulley spindles, block spindles, cartridge spindles, and coupling spindles. We also manufacture spindles.   This experience allows us to offer spindle bearings for all types of spindles at exceptional prices, typically from our stock. We can sell equivalent bearings to your current design and offer upgrades to Barden bearings or SKF bearings.  

D&R Autochuck is the OEM for Greenlee Screw Machines.   We manufacture and sell replacement parts for Greenlee Screw Machines.

Contract machine of repair parts is an option. If there are parts you are using on a regular basis, or have custom parts you require for your equipment, we may be able to manufacture and re-engineers the replacement machine repair parts you require.
